Hello!
I'm sure I'm not the only one with this little self control - as soon as I see beautiful fabric I just have to have it (if the bank account allows!). As I was browsing The Crafty Mastermind I came across the Rifle Paper Co Cameos in Rose from their Wonderland Collection, and I think my heart just about stopped. Sadly it was the end of the bolt, so there was only a sliver left, but I couldn't just leave it! The price was fantastic, and my lovely mum bought it for me along with a matching Gutermann thread.
The order was processed so quickly, it was placed just before midnight on Sunday (come one, I can't be the only one who looks at fabric to relax before bed!) and arrived this morning (Tuesday)! It was packaged beautifully, and it was like opening a present. The fabric itself was wrapped in brown paper inside the golden plastic postage bag, along with the thread and a sweet! They had sent an extra thread in the same colour as I ordered, and I'm not sure if this was a mistake or not, but either way I'm very thankful!
I can't wait until I have a little bit of spending money again after the holidays, because I'll be buying much more fabric than I need. They also sell a lovely range of haberdashery bits and bobs, and beautiful sewing related pins! I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely company, and hope that you get to purchase some treats from them soon!
Also - if anyone has any ideas of what I can make from my bit of fabric, please let me know! It is 37cm x 112 cm.. so far my little sister has suggested a hat, but I'm not convinced!
